A fortuitous wrong turn on the way back to Clops Central from the Post Office uncovered a gem of a comic shop within spitting distance of the studio. Apeman's ever alert 'Comic-sense' tingled as we drove by so today we afforded ourselves a cheeky visit in our lunch break.
Oodles of oldies up for grabs (Apeman picked up a few bargains) as well as all the new stuff I haven't had time to pick up in town recently. Plus the owner, Gary Ochiltree provided a copy of his own comic, 'Tales of the Wonder Kind'. The cover reminds me a bit of '9th Wonder' from Heroes but that's no bad thing. We'll definitely be heading back to snap up more goodies in the near future.
